Chadwick Boseman was an American actor, known for his role as the lead in "Black Panther" (2018), as Jackie Robinson in "42" (2013), and much more. He was known for his genuine kindness, intelligence, and desire to see those around him succeed. Unfortunately, Boseman passed away at the young age of 43 on August 28, 2020. Boseman died following a four year fight with colon cancer, which was not known to the public until after his death. Despite his premature death, Chadwick Boseman has left a legacy that will remain for many years to come. Here at The Modernist Son, we have been supporters of cancer research for six years, especially following personal experiences with loved ones. In the words of Boseman himself: "Wakanda Forever".
